We will aim to dispatch your order of the products listed in your Order Confirmation before the delivery date stated in said Order Confirmation. As a general rule, this period is between 4 and 8 work days within Spanish territory (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and 15 work days for orders outside Spain (European Comunion).
Kosturas will always inform the user of estimated delivery dates for products offered on the website.
Delays in delivery may be due to any of the following reasons:
Personalisation of products
If for any reason we are unable to deliver the products by the estimated date, we will inform you and give the option of establishing a new delivery date, or cancelling the order for a full refund. Please take into account that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
By accepting this delivery service you are accepting that the staff carrying out the delivery may enter your house, and we request you remove anything that could be damaged at the time of delivery. Unless due to our negligence, we will not be held responsible for any damages caused if something could have been done to minimise the risk.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the products will be considered to have been delivered, and delivery complete, when a receipt is signed at the delivery location.
Unable to deliver
If we are unable to complete the delivery of your order, we will try to find a secure location in which to leave said order. If we cannot find a secure location, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will leave a note explaining where you can find your package and what to do in order for it to be redelivered. If you will not be at the delivery point at the specified time, we request that you contact us to arrange for delivery on another day.
Please, take into account that taking your order to the warehouse and resending said order may incur additional costs.
